You can drop off your equipment in person if you are local to the Hollywood area.
Come in during business hours and drop off. Emailing or calling first before dropping off is a good idea to make sure we can do the repair and that we are available at that time.
You can also ship your repair to us. Please pack/insure your equipment very well and add a note with:
Your contact details like email and phone number (email is very important so we can send the invoice/estimate.)
Your name and return address.
Information describing your issue. How to recreate your issue or what isn't working.
What you want us to do, like full repair, estimate, re-cell battery, etc.

We are located near the Highland and Sunset intersection. We are in a pink building with a shrub wall and brown gate on the corner of Fountain Ave. & McCaden Pl. There is street parking or call to open the gate.
